Deadline for early bird registration is 1st of July 2024 (Payment has to be received within 1 week after registration). Registration will be closed on 1st of September 2024.
Conference fee includes full participation in the scientific programme, coffee breaks, light lunches on the 17th and 18th of September, welcome reception with fingerfood catering on the 16th of September, and social evening with light Dinner on the 17th in the evening.
Participation in the Satellite Workshop: Neutron Imaging Data Analysis and in the Tour of the JULIC Neutron Platform is free of charge.
Cancellation before 15th of July is free of charge. For cancellations after this date, the cancellation fee will not be refunded.
