Conference fee includes:
- welcome reception with fingerfood catering on the 16th of September,
- full participation in the scientific programme,
- coffee breaks,
- social evening with light dinner on the 17th in the evening
- light lunches on the 17th and 18th of September.
Participation in the Satellite Workshop "Neutron Imaging Data Analysis" and in the Tour of the JULIC Neutron Platform is free of charge.

Cancellation before 15th of July is free of charge. For cancellations after this date, the conference fee will not be refunded.
